Do you know that your Law of Attraction is always on?
That’s a big question, because people hear the term “Law of Attraction” and just assume that it’s “one of those” new age, new thought things. In actual fact it’s just a Universal Law that has been around forever. Did you know it was even mentioned in the bible!! I’m not a religious person, but I’ve read it so many times in recent years in different publications… In Proverbs 23:7, “As a man thinketh in his heart so is he”. I guess that’s black and white proof it has been round for quite a while, it’s just that people thought it was some big mystery, they couldn’t work it out, well a few did of course, but the masses didn’t. So what’s “As a man thinketh in his heart so is he” even mean?
At the core of it, the one secret that people just can’t seem to understand is, it’s a feeling, it’s an emotion based law. So lets look at 5 ways you can turn it around and get yourself buzzing on your Law of Attraction high!
1. FEELING
So…What are you FEELING right now? Are you feeling good? Are you feeling sad? Are you feeling down right pissed off?
This is the biggy, and I know everyone always leaves the good stuff to last, but hell I love to eat dessert first!! I can’t be the only one, surely??
Black and white, If you spend your life feeling ripped off, undervalued, critical, bitchy, cranky, jealous, shitty or any other negative emotions, chances are you’re gonna attract a not so happy life…
OMG well slap me sideways and call me a mountain goat… (you like that, I just made that up hahahaha 🙂 )
No seriously, see how you may of giggled a bit there at my awesome hilariousness??? That’s the feeling you WANT, you want to feel HAPPY, you want life to be fun, when you feel HAPPY, you are indeed manifesting an amazing life where so much goodness comes your way and as you keep APPRECIATING and feeling HAPPY for all the good coming your way, guess what happens???
YOU GUESSED IT!! More and more goodness will come your way!!

2. APPRECIATION
Every time you appreciate something, give thanks or praise you are telling the universe through your vibration that you want more of this feeling, and the universe will cooperate with you in providing more for you to appreciate.
This is a fabulous tool when you know you have got off balance, or aren’t in your “Vortex” as Abraham Hicks likes to call it. Just look for things to appreciate, it doesn’t matter how small you think it is, the Universe doesn’t care, when the Universe connects with your appreciation more will flow to you. It could be admiring a pretty flower, it could be patting your dog and them giving you a great big appreciative I love you lick, it could be sitting having a cuppa in your favourite spot feeling appreciative of the few quiet moments to do so, it simply doesn’t matter, the only thing that matters is that you find things to appreciate and get that good feeling fire burning within you.
3. REACTING
BUT….. ahh yes, there’s always a but, (well no, not really, but you always expect the but….. STOP expecting the BUT!!!!! )
You must understand that this works the other way round too, and while I don’t like to talk about the negative side of stuff, if you’re hanging round reacting to what life throws at you, you could very well be attracting some serious yukkies into your world without even understanding how and why it’s happening to you and forever asking “Why me?” “Why does this always happen to me?”…
You need to guide your emotions, if you’re reacting to what life is throwing at you, it’s because you are not first sending out the vibration to the universe of how happy you want to live your life. You are sending out this crazy mixed up vibration like a radio station that you just can’t tune in, which will give you absolutely nothing but fuzzy shitty music that you just can’t understand or find any enjoyment in. It won’t be in tune with the natural vibration of you.
4. CONTROL
Let go of what it is you’re trying to control. When you are trying to control a situation or even a person, in doing this you are sending out the vibration of resistance. When you are sending out resistance, you are sending out a negative vibration.
Control is most commonly associated with fear. What may go wrong if you let go of the control of the situation, that is fear based, and is counter productive to you in trying to raise your vibration to a higher positive frequency.
5. REALITY
You need to let go of what you think you’re viewing in your current or past reality. Yep that sounds incredibly kooky Julie!! What are you on girlfriend?? If you sit there going over crappy stuff that’s happened in the past or may of even happened to you this morning, guess what you’re gonna keep manifesting?? That’s right, you got it!!
You seriously have to get into the habit of only thinking about the goodness you want to come into your life. This is how YOU will change YOUR thought pattern, which will in turn change your life in a positive way.
You can not look at things that make you unhappy and be happy. You have to guide yourself to disregard how things seem in your reality, as well as how others are seeing you, change your thoughts to how YOU want to see things.
