I know a lot of you aren’t cool with your reality, so today we’re going to discuss reality and what we can do about changing it.
When we focus on what is around us, on what the world and its inhabitants are doing around us, we can indeed find ourselves focusing on things that are not in our best interest.
We can find ourselves bombarded daily with news in quite horrifying detail of how one has harmed another, how one has done something against others in a negative way, and each time we receive this information and “feel” it, we are taking it deep within us and storing it in a “this is how life is” file “so to say.
We are keeping it within ourselves and telling ourselves on a subconscious level that this is how it is.
Do you think our world would be the “seemingly” chaotic mess that it is perceived to be on the news if these detailed news stories were not seen by the masses?
How do you think this would affect our world?
What impact do you think this would have on our world?
We live in a world where people are subconsciously trained on a daily basis to fear, they’re trained to fear everything, to guard everything, to insure everything, to lock everything including themselves away because our world is not safe.
But is this the case?
Or is it that we are so trained, brainwashed, repeatedly told how dangerous life is and how we should be living locked up in our homes in fear?
Think about this, if news broadcasts only ever covered beautiful stories of love, peace, happiness and others helping each other and inspiring success stories and happenings, how do you think our world would be different?
How do you think the masses would then perceive our world?
Do you think they would then be hiding away locked up in their fortresses? Or do you think there would indeed be more compassion for each other, more love for each other, more people unlocking their doors and coming out helping strangers in need, and those who had been helped returning the favour or passing it on and helping another?
There is an awakening happening, it is there, we can all see, hear and feel it, this has started, people are doing this, it is slowly making the odd news broadcast, the media are aware people aren’t tuning into their channels like they once did.
People want the good news stories, people are slowly gaining their power back, and with the power of social media and these good news stories getting out the media are noticing the popularity of this and realising they can’t keep all the viewers they once had just through sensationalised news stories, they have to go the extra, they have to now add a good news story in their broadcast.
Yes unfortunately it will only be a short snippet, they too have found on social media, they may leave it right to the end of the broadcast so they ensure you watch all the negativity first and kept that fear within you, so you tune into tomorrow’s horrifying events, but then they will pop a little bit of feel good at the end so you want to watch their show again as you’ve come away with a bit of a good feeling, unfortunately only after you have watched the other tragic news. But none the less you came away feeling good.
Imagine if you could have that feel good feeling more…
Imagine how you would feel if you weren’t tuned into the reality they want you to watch and listen to all the time.
What if you turned off the news?
How would that make you feel?
What if you walked away when people were gossiping, whining, judging another or complaining?
What if you didn’t let yourself within any conversations like this, how would you feel?
This is the thing with reality, if we want to escape to a reality that we love and want to be apart of because it is so heart filling and joyful we can, but we have to be the ones to do it for ourselves.
I know many of you may watch and listen to the news because when you go along to work you need small talk in the lunch room, but think of what that particular small talk is doing to you and your life, it’s shaping the reality that you are living. And if that reality you’re living is something you’re not very happy with, don’t you think you deserve it for yourself to change it to make it something truly wonderful and pleasing?
How can this happen? As is in everything you do whether you are aware of it or not, with the law of attraction, “like attracts like”.
Imagine a life without all these negative circumstances, imagine a life where gratitude is discussed over judgement of others, imagine the happiness this will bring into your life…
It’s an inside job, but if you think you are worthy of this life, if you think it’s about time you changed your reality to something your truly enjoy, then it might just be time to reach for those better feeling thoughts and create your dreams.
You have it within you to do this. When ever you are watching, listening or talking in a negative way, if you pay attention to how your body is feeling, you will be made aware of the yukky feeling you have within, it may be in your stomach or your heart, or a warning bell going off in your mind. This is your body telling YOU that it is NOT in alignment with the thoughts and feelings that are going on.
It is up to you then to move out of this negative vibration, away from these negative words, feelings and emotions. You can’t live a healthy fulfilling life if you continue to put yourself in these circumstances.
You are worthy of well-being, you are worthy of happiness and you are worthy of loving, respectful, nurturing relationships. But only you can bring yourself into alignment with these and so much more beauty.
Don’t you think it’s your time to live it all? I do, I believe in you, I know if this is a life you truly desire, you will make the choices in your best interest, remember nobody else can do it for you.
And remember you won’t get where you’ve never been, doing what you’ve always done. You have to take the BIG step, but remember you are worthy of it!
Here is this week’s homework. A simple affirmation, that I would love you to repeat countless times a day so it becomes a natural part of YOUR understanding and beliefs of who you are.
“I AM WORTHY”
That is it, but once those words become embedded in your self conscious, in your belief, you will not allow yourself in any vibration less than this, because it will feel so wrong to you that you will feel so uncomfortable in any lower vibrations and will have no option but to change the reality you are viewing or remove yourself.
